Stability in the Technical Bench
Sable FC de Batié has officially finalized a contract extension with its manager, Alexandre Belinga. The experienced tactician, who concurrently serves as the assistant coach of the Cameroon senior national team (Indomitable Lions), has put pen to paper on a one-season contract to remain at the helm of the MTN Élite Two club.

Continuity Following Relegation Battle
- The Achievement: Belinga successfully navigated a turbulent debut campaign with the San San Boys, successfully guiding the squad to safety via the down play-offs after flirting with relegation.
- The Reward: The executive board rewarded his tactical endurance by extending his contract for the 2026/2027 season to ensure stability.
- The Profile: The 61-year-old veteran manager brings immense pedigree to the dugout, famously serving as assistant to Hugo Broos during Cameroon’s historic 2017 AFCON triumph before his current dual role.
Ambitious Elite One Target
With structural stability locked down, the administrative target for the veteran coach has officially shifted gears. Having managed the initial transition phase back to the national tier, Belinga is now tasked by club leadership with building a highly competitive roster capable of mounting a direct push to secure promotion to the MTN Élite One by the end of the campaign.
