Navigating the Spanish Landscape
Motapon will ply his trade in the Tercera Federación (Spain’s fifth tier), which has increasingly become an alternative pathway for emerging African talents seeking European visibility.
- Prior Spanish Experience: Before joining Eldense B, Motapon gathered crucial adaptation experience in the same tier with Athletic Club Torrellano and previously had a stint with the reserve team of Deportivo La Coruña.
- Defensive Profile: Formed at Cameroon’s National Football Academy (ANAFOOT), he achieved continental acclaim in 2023 by winning a gold medal at the Francophonie Games with Cameroon’s U20 national team.
